I work with many different types of clients,  I specialize in working with busy folks that want to eat healthy but don't seem to have the time or just don't know where to start.

                You can prepare healthy meals that are easy delicious and most of all you don't have to be in the kitchen half the day preparing it!

                THE FOOD  we choose to eat can promote vitality and energy for us, but wrong choices can inhibit our health and be can be clogging, damaging, congesting and even toxic to our body systems. There is an optimal balance for each person. And although we all look to find that place of well being we sometimes wind up more confused, and stressed as we attempt to make healthy nutritional choices. In order for us to accomplish this , we must make sense of the overwhelming amount of information available in the media.

                Whether your goals are to lose a few pounds, increase your energy, participate in a living on live foods detox program or are just looking for some guidance and support for yourself and your family, I will guide you to design a program that caters to your needs.

                I only teach and prepare foods that are 100% gluten-free, dairy-free whole, fresh foods - no sugar, no processed oils, no grains, and no cooking!

                Studies show that our emotions can effect our health and wellness.  The stress created by our negative thoughts, experiences, and even perceptions can greatly impact our health. To help offset the stress in our busy lives, it is even more imperative that the food we choose to nourish our bodies help repair our cells, prevent illness, and rejuvenate and regenerate our physical bodies.  Just as the heart is a muscle which needs certain nutrients to keep blood flowing smoothly and beating in perfect rhythm. Learning About Healthy Choices

                In my consulting sessions, I create a safe space in which my clients explore important areas of their lives not only including the food choices they but also their lifestyle choices. Lifestyle choices which can affect health and well being include fitness, relationships with others, and spirituality. Good choices and habits in these areas can help create the peace of mind, harmony, and joy that we all want.

                As a 50+ woman, I was feeling the full effects of menopause - despite a fairly healthy lifestyle.  I was well read, but couldn't figure out how to bring it all together and make it work.  I started working with Julie after participating in one of her cleanse programs.  Over a six month period she gently and effectively helped me to assess my diet and other aspects of my life to understand how to bring it back into balance.  I no longer crave carbs and sugar or struggle with depression.  I have energy and I'm sleeping again!  Julie took the mystery out of vegetables and opened up a whole new world of food to me.  I'm even eating and enjoying salads daily -something I would have never thought would happen!  I feel like I have my life back again.  I highly recommend this program for anyone blindsided by perimenopause or menopause.
